Schar suggested a dinner meeting at the famous Duke's Canoe Club & Restaurant which is right on Kalapaki Beach in Lihue, Kauai. They have a fantastic salad bar! So ono!

Our first meeting was to discuss our upcoming event at the National Tropical Botanical Gardens on Kauai's sunny south shore. A BIG MAHALO to everyone who participated! It was a very magical meeting with lots of great ideas and inspiration.
